Butterfly Bush (Buddleja)
Buddleja davidii
- Blütezeit
- July–October
- Nektar
- mäßig
- Pollen
- mäßig
The Butterfly Bush (Buddleja) flowers from July into October and, because of the strong butterfly activity it attracts, is considered a top flow. For bees, both nectar and pollen are rated only moderate, and the nectar sits at the base of a narrow tube tailored to butterfly tongues. It is not a substitute for ivy or goldenrod in late summer.
