If you keep bees in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, you can keep your Bestandeskontrolle in the app instead of on a paper form. You enter your colonies, the changes to your stock and your treatments while you are at the apiary. Nothing has to be copied out again in the evening.

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein the app produces a finished PDF export of the Bestandeskontrolle in the official form. You generate it whenever you need it and can either print it or show it on screen. The entries you have already made are carried over into the form.

The apps work offline, so you can record an inspection even without reception at your apiary. As soon as you have a connection again, the entries sync. The servers are located in Germany.

What does it cost?
Up to five colonies the app is free, permanently and without a time limit. You do not need to enter a credit card to start. Beyond five colonies you need a paid plan.
Can I show the export to the bee inspector?
Yes. The app produces the Bestandeskontrolle as a PDF in the official form for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, which you can print or show on your device. What appears in the form is what you have entered in the app.
Is the official form export available for Germany or Austria as well?
No. The ready-made PDF export of the Bestandeskontrolle is intended for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You can still use the app for your records in other countries, but you will not get this particular form.
Does it work without a mobile connection?
Yes. The apps work offline, which is useful for apiaries outside mobile coverage. Your entries are transferred as soon as your device is online again.
Does the app record waiting periods and batch numbers?
No, there are no separate fields for them. A treatment is recorded with date, product, quantity, concentration, treated colonies, applicator and notes. If you need a waiting period or a batch number, write it into the notes.
