What happens to my data if I cancel?

You fall back to the free plan rather than being locked out: up to five colonies everything stays accessible. Anything beyond that is deleted one month after the term ends.

You can export your records at any time before then – do take the time while the window is open.

What does iBeekeeper cost for five colonies?

Nothing. Up to five colonies the free plan covers you permanently – it is not a trial and it does not expire. You get it automatically when you register, without a credit card.

What happens when my apiary outgrows the colony limit of my plan?

Plans follow the number of colonies you keep. As your apiary grows you move up to the next tier directly in the app – you can switch at any time and keep every record you have entered so far.

Does a paid plan renew automatically?

Yes. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of its term. If you do not want that, cancel up to seven days before it ends.

How do I cancel a paid plan?

Directly in your account in the secure area – no email, no cancellation form. After cancelling you can keep using the plan until the end of the term you have paid for.

Which terms and payment methods are available?

Paid plans come with a choice of terms and payment methods. You see the specifics when booking in the app – the monthly price shown refers to the most favourable term.

Is there a trial period that expires?

No. iBeekeeper has no trial that snaps shut after two weeks. The free plan can be used without a time limit, and nothing is charged unless you book a paid plan.
