Reports for you and the authorities
What you enter at the colony becomes a report in the web app, as a PDF for you, the bee inspector or the veterinary office.
The reports
- Medicine record book (Germany). Per apiary and year with the details required by Article 108 of Regulation (EU) 2019/6: date of application, colonies treated, medicinal product, batch, quantity per colony, withdrawal period, duration of treatment, supplier with address, receipt number, vet (if involved) and the person applying it, plus animal keeper, apiary and signature field. A closed year can only be changed with an amendment note. With a package and during the trial period, and for 90 days after your contract ends. More on the medicine record book page.
- Treatment journal. Varroa treatments with type of treatment, colony, product, period and temperature range.
- Stock control (Switzerland). Colonies going into and coming out of winter, with additions, losses and balance, on the form for Switzerland. More on the stock control page.
- Inventory list of veterinary medicinal products (Switzerland). In accordance with Art. 28 of the Swiss Veterinary Medicinal Products Ordinance (TAMV): receipts with trade name, quantity and source, returns and disposal, plus the stock of each veterinary medicinal product as booked in your inventory, and the applications from your treatments.
- Activity report. Who did what and when, grouped by person, colony or apiary, as a PDF or spreadsheet.
All reports are available with a package and during the trial period; the medicine record book, treatment journal and inventory list also for 90 days after your contract ends. Data export under “Settings” is always free, even without a package.

All reports are in the web app under “Reports”. Which forms are offered depends on the country in your profile.
