Share colonies and show sponsors what their colony is doing

In the web app you share colonies with other beekeepers and give sponsors a link to their colony.

Sharing with permissions

You share a colony using another beekeeper's email address. You share colony groups and apiaries with friends or organisations. For each share you decide what is allowed: view only, view and edit, or full management. Only someone with full management may delete.

Sharing for viewing also works without a package. You grant editing rights with a booked package.

Anyone who opens a shared colony sees who it belongs to, in the apps too, and can only do what the share allows.

Sponsorships: a link for sponsors

In a colony's “Share publicly” tab you create a link for sponsors. They open the page without signing in and only see the areas you select: pictures, hive cards, feedings, treatments, harvests, diseases, ratings and notes.

You also write a welcome text for your sponsors. You decide from which date entries appear, which pictures can be seen, how long the link is valid, from 30 days to unlimited, and whether a password is required.

Document your next inspection digitally

Enter it at the colony, and everything is already there when you get home. Even when there is no signal at the apiary.
