Cutleaf Coneflower
Rudbeckia laciniata
- Blütezeit
- July–September
- Nektar
- mittel
- Pollen
- gut
Cutleaf Coneflower flowers from July to September with large yellow heads. The nectar value is medium, the pollen value good, so it is above all a late protein source. It needs fresh, nutrient-rich soils and stands in cottage gardens, along fences and on damp fallow ground. Because it grows very tall and forms dense clumps, it provides a lot of flower mass on a small area.
