Coriander

Coriandrum sativum

Blütezeit
June–July
Nektar

Pollen

Coriander flowers in June and July and reaches a very good nectar value with a low pollen value. It needs warm, moderately dry, nutrient- and base-rich loam and loess soils and is grown both in gardens and in the field. Foraging is exceptionally strong in warm weather and spread throughout the whole day. In growing regions this yields a spicy varietal honey; here it is a productive secondary flow.
