Annual Fleabane flowers from June to October and provides a moderate amount of nectar with a moderate pollen value. It comes from North America and has become firmly naturalised on fallows, railway embankments and roadsides. A single plant bears hundreds of small flower heads that open one after another. On disturbed ground it therefore makes a productive and very long summer flow.
