Winter Savory flowers from July to October and provides moderate to medium nectar and little pollen. It needs calcareous, well-drained soil in full sun and stays in place for years as a sub-shrub. Its value lies in the very late and long bloom that extends into autumn. As a bed plant at the apiary it supplements the late flow without needing much care.
