White campion flowers from May to September and grows thirty to one hundred and twenty centimetres tall. It is biennial to perennial and grows along roadsides, field edges and on rubble sites. Its flowers open in the evening and are then fragrant; they are designed for moths. Nectar and pollen are available to honeybees only in small quantities.
