Parsley flowers in its second year in June and July with yellow-green umbels. Anyone who grows it only as a kitchen herb harvests it beforehand and never sees it flower. If individual plants are left standing, they provide openly accessible nectar and pollen and are busily visited by honeybees and many small wild bees.
