With the new rating system in iBeekeeper you can assess your colonies against a range of criteria and compare them.
You can now rate your bee colonies in iBeekeeper. The new rating system lets you assess every colony against a range of criteria.
The following criteria are available:
- Temperament (gentleness): How calm are the bees during an inspection?
- Steadiness on the comb: How quietly do the bees sit on the combs?
- Swarming tendency: How pronounced is the swarming tendency?
- Honey yield: How productive is the colony?
- Colony strength: How strong is the colony?
The ratings help you select the best colonies for breeding and track how your colonies develop over the years.
Document inspections without thinking about it
