Choose the hive record that suits you best from the many available on iBeekeeper to enter the data you want for your bees. If the hive record does not quite suit you yet, you can edit it quickly and easily at any time so you can tailor your way of working even more precisely to your beekeeping. You decide which information you want to record and which not. Once you have found the perfect hive record for you, you can share it with other beekeepers. This way every beekeeper has their own simple hive record. Different hive records for different bee groups
In combination with the bee groups you document the current status of your colonies even better. Create a group "Swarms", for example, and assign this bee group its own hive record. When you create a new hive record entry for a colony in this group, the hive record form you selected for swarms is used. So you can note exactly the details you need for the swarm. This even works for individual colonies, should that ever be necessary.

Your personal hive records are also available in the iBeekeeper mobile apps. You can record your observations at any time and never forget important data about your hives again.

In the web app your to-do list for the current colony is also available. Work on the colony in a more targeted way and quickly create new tasks for the next visit. Uploading photos is also possible; some observations are simply easier to explain with a photo and to compare more precisely over a longer period. For beekeepers with a paid plan the weather is also automatically recorded with the hive record entry. This way conclusions about the bees' behaviour can still be drawn at a later time.
